I have more than 20 years of experience working with hot tubs, including factory training with Hot Spring Spas in California. My qualifications and industry training include electrical installation, Part P, APSP and specialist hot tub and water-treatment training. How much does hot tub repair cost?

Costs depend on the fault and parts needed, but most repairs are far cheaper than replacing your spa. We’ll always explain the price before work starts so there are no surprises.

Do you charge a call-out fee?

Yes. There is a call-out charge for attending and diagnosing the fault. Any additional labour and parts required will be explained before further work is carried out.

Which hot tub brands do you repair?

We repair most rigid hot tubs including Balboa, Gecko, Jacuzzi, Hot Spring, Canadian Spa, Arctic Spa and many more. We don’t work on inflatable hot tubs.

Can most hot tubs be fixed on the first visit?

Yes — Many repairs can be completed on the first visit because I carry a wide range of commonly required parts and spares.
